Learn How to Play the Daf (Beginner to Advanced)

By the end of the course, the learner is expected to:

be familiar with all the different sections of the daf;
play simple to advanced melodies on the daf.

Daf, also known as Dayereh and Riq, is a frame drum musical instrument from the Middle East (mostly Iran) used in popular and classical music in Iran and Pakistan. It is incredibly portable, convenient to move around, and reasonably priced.

In this course you will be familiar with this instrument and will learn to play several short songs. For more advanced learners, the lessons will cover more complex topics and melodies.
