Course Description

Pilates is a physical fitness system developed in the early 20th century by Joseph Pilates. In this technique, the aim is to improve the postural alignment, core strength and muscle balance.
You will start by learning the fundamentals such as proper breathing, neutral body position, identifying the core muscles and how to engage them and gradually learn new moves and sequences throughout the rest of the course.

Eligibility

Age Requirement:
Learners aged 9 years and above

Other Requirements:
Intermediate understanding of the Farsi language.
