You will start with the basics of yoga and progress at a flexible speed, under the supervision of a certified yoga trainer.
You will learn many yoga movements and poses, which will remarkably boost your health and well-being.
The use of yoga mat is not mandatory in this course. You can wear whatever you want during the sessions, as long as you can move about freely and without restriction.
